Evaluating

Build signs in to Govern, so every evaluation includes both. There is no open sign-up: you request access, and we reply within one working day.

On the service we host: an evaluation organisation for 30 days, for up to 10 people, signed in with your work email address. Models are called with your own model provider keys. Cloud workspaces and sandboxes are not included.
On your servers or air-gapped: an evaluation licence for [self-hosted evaluation length: to be confirmed], set up with our team. Air-gapped installations check a signed licence offline and never contact us.

An evaluation is for trying the products, not for production work. Request it through the contact form (choose “Request access”).

Buying from us

Most customers buy directly from our team. Tell us which products you need, roughly how many people will use them, and where they have to run: on your servers, in your cloud account, air-gapped, or hosted by us. We quote per organisation and send an order form.

Cloud marketplaces

Where a listing exists, you can buy through your cloud provider's marketplace and pay on your cloud invoice.

Standard terms

A purchase is made of three documents:

Order form: the products, quantities, term, price and, for the service we host, the region;
Master agreement: the terms that apply to every order, including licence, warranties, liability and confidentiality;
Data processing addendum: for the service we host, how we process personal data on your behalf (summary).

Paying

By invoice: we invoice against your purchase order, and you pay by bank transfer.
By card: through our payment processor, Stripe.

Our bank details are on each invoice and in our bank letter. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, confirm it with your contact at Neural Inverse by phone before paying.

Procurement pack

For supplier onboarding we send a procurement pack under a non-disclosure agreement. Ask for it through the document request form.

Tax forms: Form W-9 for Neural Inverse, Inc., or Form W-8BEN-E for our companies outside the United States;

Security review

Security, privacy and accessibility documents, including questionnaire responses, are listed on security documents and shared under NDA. How the products are built and protected is on security and trust.

Your security team can review the source code under NDA, and enterprise and government agreements can include source code escrow; see licence.
