Does our data stay in the EU?

Yes, if you deploy it there: on your own servers, in your cloud account in an EU region, or on our shared service in Frankfurt. On the shared service, sign-in details are held in the United States; a dedicated deployment keeps them in the region you choose.

How are transfers outside the EU covered?

When do the EU AI Act's rules apply?

Transparency duties, such as telling people they are dealing with an AI system, apply from 2 August 2026. The rules for high-risk AI systems apply from 2 December 2027, and from 2 August 2028 for AI built into products such as medical devices and machinery, after the 2026 amendment (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744). Your counsel decides which rules apply to your systems.

Is Neural Inverse certified for GDPR or the EU AI Act?

No product is certified to these. Govern produces evidence toward them, such as decision and approval records; conformity and certification stay with your organisation and its assessor.

Can it run with no internet access?

Yes. Neural Inverse runs air-gapped on networks with no internet connection, using models you host.
